Does anyone know how to reach Lise McCandless LPN? (my spelling of her last name may be incorrect)

Apparently she is in the process of changing practices. A friend, who is a patient, has been leaving messages on her cell phone with no success.

Please send me a PM if you know how to contact her.

Thanks!

I thought she was working at the clinic up the road from the hospital and near Island Center.

She will start with Dr Graham next week. No more seeing patients on her own, no more writing prescriptions; she will be his assistant only

Damn...she was a good doctor, even though she's a nurse!

LPN as in 'licensed practical nurse' and she was seeing patient independently and writing prescriptions? Really? Isn't practicing medicine without a license illegal?

People deprived of the ability to buy insurance dont care about things like licenses. We just need access to good, affordable healthcare.

That is why the field is licensed. You might end up with a witch doctor.;)

Hi everyone, I am a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with full prescriptive authority. In the VI a NP works with a collaborative physician. He or she works within their collaborative scope. I have been in primary care in the past but will be working with a specialist now which means I am confined to his speciality. Dr. Graham is a urologist so i will be working in urology. I hope this info clears up any misunderstanding. I appreciate all the kind words and will miss primary care but am looking forward to offering new services to the community. Thank all of you for your support. Lise "Michelle" McCanless
