No cell phone service on east end STX
I was wondering if everyone is down on the east end and has anyone reported the outage?
I just chatted with AT&T to get an update. They said they have only three tickets. Need minimum of six to declare an outage. I gave them my wife's number to create another ticket. We need a couple more people to call to boost this!
LOL, Part of the reason we ditched Innovative was that you had to dial the repair department from a working innovative phone. Oy.
Update: Hubby called AT&T again. The woman he spoke to said that she did not see an outage. She then tried to convince him that we needed an updated coverage plan. Hubby then explained the whole thing again also telling her about the message board and that many people had called in. She said that they had no reported outages. We have 5 phones so he reported an outage on each. Everyone needs to keep calling.
Try the CEO, maybe things will happen. Did that with my bank once, and within 2 hours everything was rectified. I was trying everyday for 4 days to get it fixed and no one would listen to me. Sometimes you need to take it higher. I work retail and hate when people do it when they don't give me a chance to fix it, but my bank CS reps weren't listening to me and wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor. So I took matters into my own hands.
