We need estimates on getting the following things done on our house...
*painting exterior (approximately 1900 sq ft)
*powerwashing and recoating roof (3 'pyramid' roofs - approximately 3400 sq ft)
*repairing and painting fascia
Has anyone recently had work done on their house? About how much did it cost? Does anyone have some great recommendations?

You might talk to barefoot MIke. Or if you are looking for a professional ask Thomas who it was that painted STC. We had two and liked one better.

I would recommend calling the local paint supplier's and seeking recommendations for services desired.

I would not hesitate to use Gordon Pritchard. His crew has always done a quality job at the various houses i have worked with him on and he stands behind his work as well. His numbers are 340-773-2927 and 340-690-7341. My experience with asking the various paint supply stores is that they will only recommend the contractors who do the most business with them - that does not mean their opinions are worthless, only that their recommendations are heavily influenced by who buys paint from them.
