Hi,I'm thinking about taking pre-move trip to St. Thomas during April. I know you guys having Canival from April through Early May. Should I wait until May?

I would not recommend making your premove trip during Carnival. In addition to your limited mobility (due to traffic and street closures), many establishments will be closed or on a limited schedule.
I made my PMV during Carnival 2002 and was lucky to get an interview. Everyone else was off-island or enjoying Carnival themselves!

What are the dates of Carnival? We will be there May 3rd thru may 9th to look at condos.
