I've noticed that there many roadsides on STX that are not being maintained. Some, where roads intersect are so bad that you cannot see oncoming traffic! I think that our government is not paying the vendors for their work! Thoughts?

the bush grows pretty fast. one of the corners on my way to work was cut back not long ago ( month or so ) and is already almost as tall as it had been .
