Is it just me, or has the last two days been especially dusty. Looks like another two days of the same.

Can't say that I've noticed it at all down by the beach.  Certainly been dry though.

This is the thickest I have ever seen the dust in my 21 years.   Several people on facebook have posted side by side pictures of a clear day and what it looked like yesterday. Windy.com has a dust layer you can pull up (click on more layers, type dust into the search, turn it on, close out that window, then click on air quality to find the dust layer you just turned on).  Looks like it's going to be thick for a few more days.  They say it keeps tropical storms away, so that is a plus.

I’ve noticed the output of my solar system has been reduced the last couple of days, I wonder if it’s connected.

I would actually prefer a Tropical Storm. I need some free water!

Did not notice the dust at ground level today but the haze  in the sky was incredible.  The dust supposedly keeps the clouds from forming.  We could use some rain.

According to the NHC there’s more Saharan dust on its way.  Helps prevent tropical waves from forming.

We get it every year, but, this year is the worst I've seen in my 16 years here.
