I just made a delivery to the Limetree office and found the entire road in front of the refinery being repaved.

Its nice to see something being done to a road on STX.

Saw the fireworks from my deck.

I had a super weird dream a couple nights ago that I petitioned raised funds to pave mahogany road out west LOL! Am I officially assimilated when I literally dream of smooth roads? :@)

Who's paying for the road around the plant that we really have not had a need of nor at this time?

I use that road often. Will probably use it more now that it's been repaved. (tu)

No absolute proof but I understand it was a "partnership". The govt made the arrangements and will be reimbursed.
Additionally There about 500 tax paying citizens who disagree with you.

I use the Sunny Isle Bypass a lot. Just not when hauling glassware. Very grateful for the paving fix.
