They'd need to build on an annex for all the crooks in the government. They ought to be in one though. That's why my eye operation cost triple the amount of what it would have in the States. Even my doctor questioned the overcharges on the hospital bill & couldn't get them removed & finally the insurance just paid but of course, my portion was also 3 times what it should have been. Have to go to Puerto Rico now. I'll bet there will be some lawsuits from those poor folks at the Kimmelman Center.
