Is anyone able to give me some specifics on operating any kind of short term rental as a business down here?
Ronnie maybe?
I was thinking anywhere along the lines of renting out extra rooms in a place sporadically to a guest house / hostel type place to a vacation rental if I ever got property here.

What do you need to know. If three or less rooms, you don't need a license.
