When you click on a smiley it doesn't display the smiley. Only a description. IE: :S

Yeah. Some times they're there. Some times not. I noticed if you "hover" over the topic they're there. But when you click on it they're not.

Can it be my computer? I just clicked on the topic and the smileys don't appear. Just cool, confused smiley etc. Now I'm really confused.

Greetings, I've been trolling the boards for a while now and have wondered if I could not see the smileys because I use an iPad. Glad to know I'm not the only one. The reason that I've been trolling is my hubby has been approached by a company with the possibility of moving to STX. If things work out we will have the option of Houston or STX. Hot and Sticky vs Hot and Sticky with a view. As I have "been there, done that" with the Houston thing I was hoping for the view.

I just noticed it about 3 weeks ago. A call to the smiley police may be in order.

I've been noticing it for over a month now. Thought it was maybe just be. They don't show up on my phone or laptop. A few of them are showing now in this thread, but not all of them. :S
