Land...lease to own

Hello there folks. I am still hot on the path to create a 'gourmet'bogtanical garden and nursery Beig disabled and with a growing, but still small income (relatively), is there any one who knows of land that might fit this bill? It would need to be close to a main road, and I will be catering to the whole island, but te eastern end especially. Although i cannot put in drip or irrigation sysems, I know someone who has do do one this for years, and has expressed a desire to do this.

Generally, these are not available through real estate agents. So I turn to you. If you or someone you now is willing ; and it is relatively flat as i do no do hills easily plase let me know and I would be happy to discuss. I have nearly 50K in stock and more on the way. I proably wil need to do fencing and put small buildigs on such as an orchitd house. I am flexible, as much as my body will tolerate. If I can find this land, and LLC wlll be formed with 4 partners;

In season, during ou first six months, we were making thousands just from the little nursury at my house. I would be happy to visit an attorney, and if necessary, create a hold on the house for the full cost of the land.

Please PM me if you have any information. I would truly appreciate this last step in 'gettting back on my feet" after a horrible accident. That is the reason I cannot go the conventionalo way. The five years of no income and gigantic medical bills led to charge offs. I am honorable, but all the banks see is the carge off's, medical or not.
