Louis Vuitton???? Shouldn't we build the mega yacht harbor first?
Do you know what's happening with STT's mega yacht harbor Yacht Haven Grande? It's not doing well, and it's way ahead of STX in the yacht business culture. But who knows... these guys have millions and they're seeing things we're not.

Coconut Vine - her husband worked at Hovensa, so they are moving off island. There are a few shops downtown that are closing for similar reasons.
Lots of lights in the future, I know of several friends opening shops downtown. The new jazz/piano bar under the Comanche Bridge looks like a great place, for one. I also know of some retail shops opening as well.

kinda surprised they are moving off island, she has been here forever and raised her kids here.
