Good day,

Have had Liberty service for several years...no issues.

Since last weekend...no service.Went to store and was told they do not support my stateside phone number any more and would have to change my number to vi area..Anyone else experience this ?

Thank you.

I couldn't take it anymore and dumped Liberty and their recent acquisition, Broadband VI.

I was easily able to port my number to T-Mobile.

Since I've switched, I've not had any problems in the VI or the mainland US or Canada with roaming charges like Liberty used to charge. Plus, T-Mobile is cheaper then Liberty.

Do yourself a favor and dump them like many others in the VI have.

I’m a long time T-Mobile customer from Massachusetts, we live seasonally a little east of the Buccaneer and have had minimal issues with our service.  The coverage is a little spotty east of here but with WiFi calling enabled I’ve rarely had a problem.  Overall I’d recommend T-Mobile, if you enable autopay they offer a fairly large discount, I think we save $40/mo.  We have 6 phones and 2 Apple Watches on our plan with a monthly bill of just over $200, this also includes what’s effectively a discount on our Netflix subscription.
