Hello everyone im from Minnesota and am currently thinking about moving down to St. Thomas. I would like to find a 3 or 4 bedroom house or condo to rent in the price rang of $1000 to $1800. If anyone also has any advice on moving down there im all ears. Thank You Justin

Check the classified forum here on this site by clicking on Forum List. That's not a whole lot for a 3-4 bedroom on St. Thomas but you might luck out. Just don't rent anything sight unseen.

You will be extremely lucky if you can find a 3 or 4 bedroom for $1800.

It is going to be difficult to find a 3 bdrm for under $1800/month. I have a two bedroom for $1500/month and a four bedroom, four bath home for $3500/month. I am a realtor.
