I'm looking for a recommendation for a realtor, if possible one who specializes in land, or property in the Bolongo area. I'm considering selling my half-acre ocean view buildable lot.
One realtor said he would research market value and get back to me; never heard from him again.
I've seen others who don't respond to off-island buyers.
Has anyone had a positive experience with a realtor they can recommend? I bought this lot with the plan of eventually building a house and retiring there, but my plans have changed due to family.
