can you buy rolling tobacco in stt or stj?

There is a tobacco shop in Havensight, at the Port of Sale Mall. Hope that's what you are talking about!

My apologies - it's been a long day!
I would think that you could find loose tobacco at most of the places that sell cigarettes. I am sure that i have seen it at several convenience stores.

I know of a couple of convenience stores/gas stations on STX where you can also buy whole tobacco leaves for people who want to roll their own cigars.

I think / know the tobacco is not cigar quality but for blunts.......
